How the First Conversation Goes

Most first calls are short and practical. You walk us through the property, its unit count and where things stand today. From there we tell you plainly whether the exemption appears achievable and what might stand in the way. When it does look workable, we lay out the sequence: Florida Housing Finance Corporation certification comes first, followed by the DR-504AFH filing with the county property appraiser. If some piece looks like a stretch, we say so on that same call.

By the end of the call, you will know the next step and about when it should land. Filing windows do not move, so we plan backward from the county deadline and flag early any document or certification letter that could hold things up.
